I have to start by saying that I am horrified by the dentist. Since I was little I had terrible experiences with many dentists and a very low tolerance for pain.
I called on a Saturday and was able to make an appointment the same day. I was only planning to have an x-ray to see how my wisdom tooth was coming in and if I would have room for it.
I walked in and I was seen promptly. As soon as I saw the x-rays, I knew the tooth would need to be removed. It was sideways and very decayed. Instead of growing vertically like all of my other teeth this one was completely horizontal. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to take it out as I was scared of the possible pain and of course the expenses of the procedure. It was a lot for me to digest at the time, but Dr. Salazar was very patient and very good at explaining all the procedure and that made me feel very comfortable. Her staff was so compassionate and caring that I decided to give it a chance. The rates were affordable and they gave me a 6 month 0% interest payment option. Also, Dr. Salazar was able to do the extraction of all my wisdom teeth during the same visit and I didn’t even have to take any medication.
Dr. Salazar made me feel extremely comfortable. (As I am a 29-year old that was crying like a baby at the mere thought of what was about to happen. I was surprised at how patient and caring they all were). Thank you!!
